I didn't start out in an office tower — I started out walking these streets, knowing which schools have waiting lists, which roads flood in summer, and which agents actually pick up the phone. After years of watching families get rushed through the biggest purchase of their lives, I set out to do it differently: slower, warmer, and completely on your side.
